Corrections and clarifications

Dear Crocheters,

We try very earnestly and diligently to make sure all Gourmet Crochet patterns are free of typos and pattern errors. Each pattern goes through a process that includes  careful technical editing and proofreading, with several pairs of eyes checking the patterns before release.

In spite of this painstaking care, typos and errors do occur. I’ve learned after more than two decades of being on both the designing and editing end of crochet pattern publishing  that typos and errors do make it into print occasionally no matter how carefully patterns are prepared. Knowing this fact of life does not make it any less painful! Please forgive me if you find an error.

Many thanks to the crocheters who alerted me to these corrections. If  you find a problem with a pattern you have purchased and you don’t see it on our corrections listings, please send me an email.
